BMY Group eyes Chinese investors to back Aussie startups via AU$50Mn fund

[1] Melbourne-based wealth management firm and consultancy BMY Group is attempting to raise AU$50 million from Chinese investors.

[2] The purpose for the funds is to increase demand from clients who are looking to expand and take risks on investing in Australian startups.

[3] After raising AU$10 million, the firm is working towards closing the first AU$15 million tranche by January and another tranche  by mid-2017.
