Bill Gates fund invests in Australian start-up Atomo

[1] Australian startup Atomo Diagnostics has developed an easy, economical and error-free tests for HIV, malaria and Ebola.

[2] Global Health Investment Fund, a joint investment venture between the Gates Foundation and JPMorgan, has backed the startup by acquiring an 8.4% stake.

[3] According to the medical company’s spokesman, the next 12 months will be focused on developing a home blood test for HIV in South Africa.
