Big-name backers pour $15m more into mobile tech start-up Unlockd

[1] Australian telecommunications and advertising technology startup Unlockd has earned $15 million funding round.

[2] The startup’s plan of transforming consumers’ bill payments by letting them watch ads in exchange for credit has enticed prominent backers like Lachlan Murdoch.

[3] Following its initial Australian launch, the company has 10 weeks more to go before sealing off its gainful US expansion with Sprint Telecom subsidiary Boost Mobile.
