Want to inspire kids to learn STEM? Get them to build a robot

[1] The 2016 Australia Regional FIRST (For the Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) Robotics Competition was held at the Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre last week.

[2] The participating teams were composed of students aged 14-18 years old from all around Australia, China, India, Singapore, Taiwan and the USA.

[3] Aside from inspiring students to learn STEM, the competition also helped them foster leadership, entrepreneurship and communication skills.
