Bugcrowd signs deal with electric car maker Tesla Motors

[1] Tesla Motors will upgrade its security systems through a new partnership with security testing marketplace, Bugcrowd.

[2] This will see Bugcrowd’s pool of hackers and security researchers prod Tesla’s products for vulnerabilities and, in turn, give the company an opportunity to upgrade its privacy systems and data security.

[3] The partnership follows Bugcrowd $6 million Series A funding round in March this year that involved companies like Paladin Capital Group and Blackbird Ventures.
