[1] Based on the National Australia Bank (NAB) survey on startup culture, most Australians own their business or they want to own one, and men are more eager to do this.

[2] Australians aged 18 to 29 are strongly feel the urge of being their own boss.

[3] Compared to men, most Australian women prefer to work for someone else due to growing concerns of employment continuity.
