Social media start-up Vamp plots Australian IPO

[1] Backed by Qantas and Fairfax Media director Todd Sampson, social media startup Visual Amplifiers is planning on an Australian Stock Exchange listing by mid-May.

[2] Also known as Vamp, the startup is hoping to take advantage of growing demand from advertising agencies and prominent consumer brands to match with Instagram “influencers”.

[3] Moelis managing director Ben Wong and Vamp’s executive team led by co-founder Ben McGrath will launch an investor roadshow throughout Australia and Asia.
