Australian milk startup’s Chinese trademark bought up before they could even start production

[1] Chinese-owned Putian City Federation Trading Company stole an Australian milk startup’s trademark before production was underway.

[2] Founder Tori Best was about to register her startup at the China Trademark Office but it turned out that her label, Farmer’s Brown, and even her specially-designed logo was already registered.

[3] The Chinese company’s shareholder, Fujian Province AuMake, was found to be utilizing Best’s label and even claiming that they’re selling 100% Australian milk.
