[1] CSIRO Australia has deployed a new tool that would help service delivery employees keep on top of things.
[2] It has deployed the Atlassian’s JIRA Service Desk to speed up service delivery across the organisation.
[3] According to CSIRO’s deputy CIO, Euan Sangster, service delivery times have reduced by a factor of four and pushed the overall productivity up a couple of notches since deploying the service desk.
