Smart money’s on Oomi as it raises $US1.5m on Indiegogo

[1] Melbourne-based smart home startup Oomi has successfully crowfunded $US1.5 million from their Indiegogo campaign.

[2] Oomi has 25 more days to go but they’ve already crowdfunded more money compared to SmartThings’ $US1.2 million on Kickstarter.

[3] The Oomi Cube is a smartphone hub that’s equipped with eight environmental sensors, including a night vision camera – that enables a safe and reliable monitoring of a user’s home.
