[2] Farias recently finished the Queensland government’s sponsored entrepreneurship program and successfully earned more than $30,000 on Kickstarter.

[3] Farias believes user retention is a difficult issue to deal with but startups need to take on the challenge, and utilize their personal goals and motivations.
