Victorian Government backs $100 million mobile blackspot program

[1] The Victorian Government has backed the Federal Government’s $100 million Mobile Black Spot Programme.

[2] The program, which is facilitated in conjunction with the Commonwealth, aims to provide increased mobile phone coverage in outer metropolitan, regional and remote Australia.

[3] This follows the NSW Government’s commitment to allocate $25 million to improve mobile coverage in remote areas of Australia.
