Corporate Australia is suddenly all over tech startups

[1] On Tuesday, 25 startup founders attended the Start-up Conference and pitched to Australia’s outstanding private equity investors.

[2] Among the investors present in the event were the former Macquarie Bank CEO Allan Moss, VCs from AirTree, the Telstra Venture investors and one of Alibaba’s Alipay Australia team.

[3] Apart from these prominent individuals, delegates from family offices, private equity funds and other high net worth individuals were also present in the conference.
