[1] VentureCrowd, an equity-based crowdfunding platform, has partnered with Sydney Angels to give more Australian startups the opportunity to access venture capital from sophisticated investors at a young stage.
[2] Under the agreement, a group of more than 70 premium investors will refer startups to the VentureCrowd platform to benefit from crowdsourcing funds from sophisticated investors.
[3] The partnership will help grow the number of startups that could join its VentureCrowd’s platform, important for fast-tracking company growth.
