[1] Rhipe has acquired nSynergy, a Microsoft-centric Office365 Cloud service provider, for a $25.35 million payout and further $8 million contingent earn out over 24 months.
[2] Rhipe, formerly known as Newlease, will also acquire 40 existing staff of nSynergy from its offices in Melbourne, New York, Sydney, London, and Shanghai.
[3] The acquisition will allow Rhipe to offer complete cloud solutions package, that includes, 24/7 support, IP, licensing, service, and marketing, among others.
