[1] Popular Silicon Valley investor Bill Tai is now is search of fourth wave start-ups to invest in after noticing change in general technology change in the startup scenes.

[2] Mr. Tai is an investor in over 100 companies, including Twitter and Woolworth, and has invested in startups in the areas of cloud computing and crypto-currency.

[3] He realized that the change in perception of start-ups has greatly affected the type of technologies entrepreneurs in Australia are undertaking.
