Australian start up Newzulu acquires Filemobile

[1] Newzulu, an Australian media platform company, has acquired Filemobile, a Canadian company, in a $5 million deal.

[2] The acquisition will see Newzulu gain footing in the North American market with increased customer base and higher clouding scale.

[3] Newzulu will also benefit from Filemobile’s clients both in the UK and Australia, and the expertise in scaling content services.
