[1] Australian Police have launched a smart phone app in a bid to help locate missing children in Australia.

[2] The app, dubbed “Police Child ID App”, enables parents to load their children’s information and photos for easier location when the child goes missing.

[3] When a kid misses, the information will provide the police a good head start as the first 12 to 24 hours is the most critical in the search efforts.
