[1] Western Australia’s Edith Cowan University has delegated digital services provider Atos to move the university’s primary IT infrastructure to the cloud.
[2] Through the five-year contract, Atos will manage the university’s transformation from its present data centre infrastructure to a more comprehensive and stable Managed Hybrid Cloud infrastructure.
[3] Herbie Leung, CEO of Atos in Asia-Pacific, says that universities are similar to global businesses because they also need to cut costs and provide more comprehensive services.
