Genesys makes “aggressive” push into mid-market

[1] Genesys, a contact centre solutions provider, has started an ambitious push into the mid-market with new Cloud offerings.

[2] The company has unveiled a new mid-market tailored Cloud offering with the aim of driving growth of about 15 per cent.

[3] Genesys managing director A/NZ Gordon Clubb has revealed that the Cloud offerings were a very new proposition and they are now searching for a new partner to market it.
