TAFE enrolments in chaos after computer crash prevents student access for new courses

[1] A failure of a new computer system has thrown NSW TAFE system into chaos, preventing students from enrolling across the state.

[2] The failed system has also issued incorrect results or no results at all, for those graduating.

[3] With just a few days to go until classes start, many students are unable to electronically register for a course, forcing the institutions into a manual registration process.
