Konica Minolta Australia acquires two IT services companies

[1] Knowledge Partners and Stonebridge Systems have been purchased by integrated solutions and managed services company, Konica Minolta Australia.

[2] The acquisition of the two companies is part of Konica’s shift from focusing on providing products to services and solutions as part of its global transformation strategy for 2016.

[3] The acquisition was driven by the need to diversify and have a greater foothold in the enterprise content management and digital solutions space.
