[1] Australian company Call Journey has come up with a voice analytics software that measures the emotions and sentiment expressed by callers.
[2] The Call Journey software goes beyond speech to text conversion by spotting vocal elements unique to a speaker and determining the caller’s gender, emotions and sentiments.
[3] Call Journey director of enterprise intelligence Andrew Lamrock said that the technology can be used at the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) stage to pre-identify callers.
