[1] Reports indicate that Australian ICT jobs market is heating up as there is a growth in the demand for ICT professionals; however, this means recruiters take longer to place candidates.
[2] According to the latest ICT Employment Trends Report by the Information Technology Contract and Recruitment Association’s (ITCRA), the time for placing contractors doubled in the last three months of 2014.
[3] ITCRA CEO Julie Mill also noted that there’s an increasing nationwide trend towards increasing numbers of ICT contract placements over permanent positions.
