[1] An Australian beauty website has reported that while 66% of Australian women find it wrong for magazines to edit images, 57% frequently edit themselves to look better online.
[2] This comes from a research done by Pure Profile for Australian beauty site ‘beautyheaven’, which showed that Aussie women are going to ‘great lengths to ensure they look good online.
[3] It further noted that 62% of Aussie women seek approval first from their friends before they post online, and 60% untag themselves whenever they feel that they don’t look good enough.
