[1] Newzulu, an Australian crowdsourcing news platform start-up, has hit its target with $11.5 million capital raise from investors and existing shareholders.
[2] The start-up plans to use the funds towards the acquisition of Filemobile, and expansion to the US and European markets.
[3] It also plans to use some of the cash to launch Newzulu Live for live video streaming news, and Newzulu Prime for advertisers and brands.
