Data analytics drives fan engagement and digital strategy at Australian Open 2015

[1] This year’s two-week Australian Open 2015 will feature data-driven breakthroughs which includes Watson Technology and IBM’s CrowdTracker.

[2] IBM’s CrowdTracker will provide real-time information to its users such as scores, venue and court details, as well as social media activities.

[3] Prompted by customers’ feedback, Tennis Australia and IBM have also modified the SlamTracker program to provide visualized data and statistics from the event.
