[1] According to the research conducted by PayPal, a quarter of Australians now refuse to shop at cash-only businesses, with over half of Aussie consumers finding cash-only organisations hard to do business with.
[2] It found that 4 in 5 of the so-called “cash-averse” Aussies say they’ll support small businesses wherever possible, as long as they’re equipped with the latest technology.
[3] The research comes after PayPal’s announcement of the general availability of its NFC-enabled PayPal Here Tap-and-Go device.
