[2They argue that what Australia needs is to embrace the idea of its best and brightest business builders taking their talents to the world’s top technology market.

[3] Michael Overell, a former McKinsey management consultant, says that Australia needs to facilitate an environment that supports technology-based businesses based in the centre of the tech universe of Silicon Valley.
