New online service for Australians to report medicine side effects

[1] A new online service has been launched by the Australian government to help consumers raise red flag of side effects of medicines and vaccines.

[2] The service was started by the Therapeutic Goods Administration under the Department of Health, as a way to monitor safety of medicines.

[3] A new online form is available for inputting details of the suspected medicines, batch number, active ingredients and side effects experienced.
