Analyst: Hosted and Cloud contact centre market set to grow by 35 per cent in the next six years

[1] According to Analyst firm Frost and Sullivan, the hosted contact centre market is predicted to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7 per cent between 2014 and 2021.

[2] The company’s latest report, Australian Contact Centre Market 2015, shows that the contact centre market will grew by more than 12 per cent from 2013 to 2014 – hitting $260 million.

[3] The report also shows that Telstra is dominating the hosted contact centre market at a 65 per cent plus market share.
