[2] Beam is a wholly owned subsidiary of World Reach Limited (ASX: WRR) based in Victoria, and will drive the sale and promotion of the Iridium Push-to-Talk service within Australia.
[3] The Iridium satellite-based Push-to-Talk (PTT) solution enables instant communication between participants located anywhere on earth.
