[2] The rapid changes in the voice communications market in Australia has seen more than 5 million adult Aussies now using a VoIP service.

[3] Other factors that have contributed to the rise include the widespread adoption of smartphones and tablets, more widely available broadband and developments in over-the-top (OTT) communications.
