[1] Fatfish Internet is planning to establish a R&D hub in Australia by the end of the year and float of its mobile games company iCandy on the ASX in two months’ time.
[2] iCandy develops smartphone games including Sporos, Alien Hive, and Lightopus, which collectively have been downloaded more than 30 million times.
[3] Fatfish is dual headquartered in Singapore and Melbourne, and will spin out its iCandy investment valued at $40 million by August this year.
