ingogo strikes equity crowd-funding gold

[1] ingogo, an Australian Taxi app and mobile payments firm, has completed what it claims is the largest equity crowd-funded deal in Australia, hitting $12 Million.

[2] The firm has so far raised more than $28 million in three years, and has surpassed 5,000 active taxi drivers using its app to accept payments and complete bookings.

[3] The funding will used for marketing and expansion into Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.
