Equinix delivers Azure access through Melbourne data centre

[1] Equinix’s Melbourne data centre is now delivering Microsoft’s Azure ExpressRoute, making it the 16th of Equinix’s data centres around the world to directly connect with Azure.

[2] This means that Melbourne businesses can directly connect with Microsoft Azure through the ME1 International Business Exchange (IBX) data centre.

[3] The data centre is Equinix’s fourth data centre in Australia and it’s first in Melbourne, which will provide Melbourne enterprises with improved security, low-latency and high-performance direct connections.
