Australia’s slow digital economy needs government innovation, says Ernst & Young

[1] Based on a new report, Australia’s slowly moving digital economy is driven by government departments and its public servants.

[2] The Ernst & Young’s report, entitled “Digital Australia: The State of the Nation”, concludes that the Commonwealth government has not done very little to enhance digital innovation.

[3] EY Customer Leader Jenny Young believes the report could be a warning for Australia to take advantage of the various commercial and social benefits that technology brings.
