[1] The Aerospace Australia’s 2015 civil innovation award winning app ‘AvPlan EFB app’ has received a major overhaul of the iOS app for pilots in its latest version.
[2] This was released by Melbourne-based AvSoft Australia, which CEO Bevan Anderson termed as “a huge release” with “features coming out of its ears”.
[3] New features include a peer-to-peer update feature, a more complete picture of changing weather patterns, an obstacle database and audible cockpit notifications, among others.
