Aussies buy Intergen for $19.3m

[1] Australian IT firm Empired acquired Intergen for a whopping A$17.4 million.
[2] Empired will only be paying  A$5m in advance to Intergen.
[3] With this merger, 825 staff will be employed, making them the biggest company to handle Microsoft software.
