Australians breaking their wallets to stay on top of technology

[1] According to a new report by Suncorp Bank, Australians on average spent 50 per cent more money on digital devices and services than planned in the past 12 months.

[2] This reflects an average of eight per cent of expenditure over the last 12 months as an “unexpected expense that was not budgeted for.

[3] The report, which was based on nearly 3000 respondents, noted that Australians spent $20 billion on digital devices and services in the past year.
