Optus admits to huge privacy breaches

[1] Optus has revealed that it will conduct an independent review of its information security systems after admitting to huge privacy breaches.

[2] The company has forwarded an enforceable undertaking to Australian Privacy Commissioner Timothy Pilgrim that will see it conduct a full and independent review.

[3] Three separate data privacy incidents occurred since February 2013.
