[1] According to senior managers from Westpac, customers can now easily walk in to the bank and talk to a specialist at Westpac’s Melbourne hub through Cisco’s videoconferencing.

[2] Westpac‘s GM for Connect Now, Victoria Jamie Richie, revealed this at the Cisco Live conference in Melbourne, terming Cisco’s videoconferencing as a new way of connecting with customers.

[3] The new Cisco videoconferencing system has been rolled out across Victoria, with hubs located in Perth and Sydney.
