[1] Cisco has announced that it has set aside $21 million to train about 100,000 Australian tertiary and school students in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
[2] The program, dubbed AUSTEM 2020, builds on Cisco Australia’s long-term dedication to handle the STEM skills shortage and help drive an innovation economy.
[3] The $21 million Cisco Networking Academy program will run for five years and train the students through public-partnerships with other not-for-profit higher education providers and schools.
