Aussie IT firm secures $12m ‘Cohesion’ contract with NZ Govt.

[1] Empired, an Australian-listed IT services company, has clinched a deal to provide New Zealand’s Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) with its in Cloud-based and proprietary Enterprise Content Management service ‘Cohesion’

[2] Empired managed this through its wholly owned subsidiary, Intergen, at an estimated figure of NZ$12 million for a term of six years.

[3] Under contract, Empired will provide electronic document and records management as a service using its proprietary Cohesion, Enterprise Content Management solution.
