[1] Communications minister Malcolm Turnbull is in talks with Japanese officials to tackle policies and collaboration between the two countries, particularly on information and communication technology.
[2] Apart from Turnbull, the first Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Policy Dialogue is composed of the Japanese vice-minister for policy coordination (International Affairs), ministry of internal affairs and communications of Japan.
[3] Key issues discussed in the dialogue are the Japan’s Quasi-Zenith Satellite System (QZSS) and the lowering mobile roaming costs for both countries.
