Banning kids from using technology is counter-productive

[1] In a bid to help stop cyber-bullying, the Australian Council on Children and Media is encouraging the Australian government to organize a debate on the age of ownership of smart phones.

[2] Based on current figures, children aged 10 years old are already acquiring their first mobile phones.

[3] Children’s access to technology is unrestricted and hence the favorable circumstances for cyber-bullying.
