[1] Property Exchange Australia Ltd (PEXA) has taken Australia one step closer to a ‘world-first national e-conveyancing platform with the launch of its ‘full online property transfer functionality’ in Victoria’.
[2] The e-conveyancing will allow Victorian practitioners ‘for the first time ever’ to sign on to PEXA to complete online property transfers.
[3] PEXA CEO Marcus Price described the new development as a huge milestone in making PEXA the first truly national online property exchange and settlement platform in the world.
