[1] Sydney crowdfunding provider Equitise is going offshore, with a New Zealand launch expected within days after local restrictions on crowdsourced equity funding becoming unfavorable.

[3] As crowdfunding services are getting popular, the Abbott government is currently examining ways to legalize the practice for retail investors and could possibly introduce the legislation in mid-year.
