[2] Based on the 2014 Compass Report, the wages of Australia’s startup founders were higher compared to startup founders in San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York.

[3] Blackbird Ventures managing director Rick Baker confirmed that they have a company general rule; early stage founders shouldn’t be paid more than $100,000.
