Turnbull: Telstra’s NBN advantage will be kept in check

[1] Communications minister Malcolm Turnbull has revealed that he was keen to ensure that Telstra does not take undue market advantage in the wake of Telstra’s deal with NBN Co.

[2] He revealed this to telecom industry journal CommsDay, saying that he is satisfied with the current  deal, but will need to subject the contracting process to more scrutiny.

[3] He pointed out that the process by which NBN Co contracts out the design, construction and maintenance work will be under constant review.
